Well...sometimes people judge on physical appearance, how much money your parents have, your parents job, the color of your hair, your religion, and many other things that don't matter to have the best friend. People who are poor, their parents have a poor job, people don't lie the color of your hair or religion may use emotional abuse on you because of that.
