In a country just founded by Anglo-sax, minorities in the mass where not the swellest idea.
Well after being taught for generations to treat Africa-Americas as property,
and then the massive encounter with a huge African-America population having equal rights there fathers gave to them was not seen as a good idea at all so they were treated as second class citizens until Lyndan B. Johnson and Martin Luther king stood up and took action upholding the constitution of being born free and equal.
(FIX THIS RUN ON SENTENCE PLZ!?)
It is due to the misunderstanding of each others cultures. Both African-Americans and Black Africans (because not all Africans are Black) have different cultures that sometimes don't agree with each other socially. Also, many in Africa believe what the media portrays of African Americans as negative never do wells, so they build an image in their head of them which is solely based on negative stereotypes.
People felt African Americans to be inferior to whites, so it wasn't just they didn't like them. it was just they felt like African Americans were worse than them, because they were darker-skinned, and used to be slaves in this country.
It was once due to skin color and Propaganda used to justify slavery. These days, it is mostly because of their culture, stereotypes, and perceived behavior. The Black community and the White community have been separate communities for many years, and as a result, they have many different beliefs and ways of doing things. That is fine, but all those differences together coupled with a handful of personal experiences may cause people to think bad things about each other. Society is starting to move past that, but there is still a ways to go.
To make someone less the you perceive them makes uneducated people feel like they are above them in status. This has not only been used here in the usa. but in countries around the world. One day we will wake up and make the world a better place.
The white people didn't like that the blacks were near them. Although the segregation laws had been diminished, the white people still verbally and emotionally attacked the blacks.
Yeah, from the 30s- the mid 60s only blacks were allowed to ride the back of a bus they were not aloud to sit in the front.
I heard that it referred to french blacks there. Back in 1974 a guy from Cali had visited there and he said blacks were riding by giving the power sign exclaiming to be proud coon asses?
because.... well imma black quarterback for my school... but the reason for this is that black people are built more like a running back, linebacker, cornerback type... and whites they have more of an arm than blacks. But most of the time if there is a black quarterback, they're capable of playing more positions.
Yes. along with many other people like blacks.
Back then they didnt like them because they were colored.
it was bad for all blacks back in the day
No, blacks. So I wasn't allowed back then.
Blacks did not like being slaves. Blacks were usually slaves because they looked a little different, because their skin was darker. People thought that slaves (including blacks) didn't need loyalty and didn't have a right to be treated like they did.
some people dont like blacks some people dont like whites some people just hate everyone including themselves. some people dont like blacks some people dont like whites some people just hate everyone including themselves.
because the people did not like blacks
Yes, it would be considered a proper noun, like Oriental or Caucasian.
The group with superior weapons like guns tends to conquer those without. Back when blacks were slaves this would be the last thing whites would want happen. If blacks learned to handle guns in great enough numbers they could revolt by fighting back and shooting white people thus ending their slavery.
showing that blacks should not be slaves like they were back then
she had a huge impact on many people today. if it wasn't for her , then blacks would still probably be sitting in the back of the buses. But, because of her, we dont.
becasue of white people did not like blacks
Not all non blacks dislike black people. Those who dress like ghetto blacks, talk back slang like them and listen to hip hop and R&B music have black friends it's because they want to fit in with them and to fit in the modern black community. The non blacks who hate black people don't engage in the black community, don't talk like them nor listen to hip hop and R&B music because they rather to be their own community within their race and think some of them think that their race is superior to the black race.
