Well I'm a Muslim myself, It's not just in Iraq that the women wear hijabs. It's in most of the Muslim countries and the reason why is because they don't want other men looking at their women. Imagine if a woman in a full body hijab and a half naked American woman is walking down a street when a group of thugs walks up, which woman is more likely to be raped?
In Iran, it is a law that women cover themselves. Many women do not want to have to cover themselves in the way the Iranian government wants them too, however. If you do some research, you can see that this is reflected in the style in which many Iranian women dress. Many Muslims do not in fact believe that the way Iranian women dress can be considered hijab. This is not to say though that there aren't women who don't want to cover themselves.
The Muslim women wear scarfs (or in Arabic called Hijab) per religion requirement for the clothing to cover the whole body, including head and hair, except face and hands.
Yes. Approximately 50%-60% Muslim Indian women wear hijab. Non Muslims don't wear hijab. the only indinas who wear the hijab are!!!! MUSLIMS !!!!!!otherwise there just regular Indians

No it is not Under the shariah all women would have to wear hijab ____________________________________________ In addition to the above, hijab is originally required also by Judaism and Christianity religion but altered later by their religious leaders. Could you explain: why Virgin Mary (God be pleased with her) is wearing hijab in her images. Why do Nunes wear hijab? Why do Christian women cover their hair in the church?
Yes. It is the law for women to wear the hijab in Iran. However, they use the Farsi word "chador" to refer to the garment.
Hijab is compulsory for grown up Muslim women. If a lady accepts Islam, she should wear Hijab to save herself from the wicked and lustful eyes of men.
If you are a kid (16-4) you would wear clothes like we do today. If you are an adult you would wear; (male) kaunakes.(female) hijab.
women traditionaly wear a hijab men wear a kurta
No. Muslim women who wear the hijab are supposed to PUT IT ON in public places, not remove it.
It is better not to force girls to wear hijab but try to make them understand the importance of it with care and love. But at times people force because they do not like their women to be out of grace. For hijab is the crown of the women.
The head scarfs Muslim women wear is called a hijab they wear it so people would respect them for their knowledge not as an object.
Muslim women wear a hijab (veil on their head). It is the woman's choice whether to wear it or not to wear it. In the Quran (holy book), it is said for women to be modest.
It doesn't matter which country and to my information no single Muslim country allows Muslim women not to wear Hijab. Wearing Hijab by the Muslim woman is a God command per Quran and prophet Muhammad teachings; irrelevant in which country or which place the Muslim woman is living.
