Ducks are designed to get their food from the bottoms of ponds. Their feathers are full of oil so they don't get wet. Since ducks like to eat and are real good at finding food in ponds, they like ponds. They do not like water as much in South Florida where alligators like to eat ducks.
That question cannot be answered because thinking ducks are cool is a opinion. Why they are cool is also a personal opinion. just because they are :) i agree with whoever said just because they are
Ducks are herbivores. Bread has wheat. So it is good for them and tasty. -Ducks like bread because it fills them up so they aren't hungry anymore, bread is NOT good for ducks. Bread doesn't have any type of nutrtion in it that ducks need to survive. please don't feed ducks bread, it clogs there stomach's and they could die. feed them cracked corn, or duck feed.
You know, it's pretty unfathomable why. But they are fluffy, curious, and have eyes that tilt and peek out at you. Plus, like puppies, they have a certain bodily structure that makes them topple, wobble, and look "cutesy". I know this isn't the best answer you could get, but believe it or not, humans just take them for "cute" because mostly of their looks and actions (like fluffing their feathers and napping).
Be really really nice, take good care of them. make sure you play with them once in a while.. be sure to feed them at least once a day..
You tell me:
I don't know about you, but these ducks look pretty cute to me.
usually if you have bread or food with you or you have fed them before and they reconise you
yes, ducklings are cuddly, and cute!!!
Most furry animals are considered fairly cute when immature. Well-known examples include puppies, kittens, chicks, ducklings, and kits (immature rabbits).
what do you mean by what do ducks supply? 1. They supply duck meat. 2.They supply feathers. 3.They supply cute little ducklings!

Make Way for Ducklings was created in 1941.
Newly hatched ducklings actually do not have feathers.
The mallard ducklings are probably not pure mallard ducklings. The female mallard probably mated with a pekin duck, which are the big white ducks, Pekins are yellow as ducklings.
Only the females will accept Cayuga ducklings, and if she has ducklings of her own, and the ducklings that you have aren't part of her family, she will most likely just peck them away from her and her babies.
Make Way for Ducklings has 68 pages.
