It is not necessarily true that overweight people sweat more than average weight people. Sweat is determined by each individuals sweat glands, sex, how hot it is and the intensity of your workout.

∙ 13y agoPeople lose excess body heat mainly through their lungs and perspiration. Obese people have more mass that must be cooled. Their lungs are no larger than those of thin people, so all the extra burden of cooling must move through perspiration. In addition, very obese people use more energy to do a similar task compared to thin people. This adds to the overall amount of cooling required.
These are not the only reasons; there are more.

∙ 13y agoSweat actually does help you loose weight because it is getting rid of all those toci liquids in your body. Your body begins to open up and you don't feel lighter but really you have maybe dropped a pound or so.

some probably do, but i don't see the point really. in slavic culture being skinny means you're weak, which is kind of bad. But being skinny is unhealthy, you have trouble gaining weight and muscle. While fat people have more muscle than skinny people and can gain it easier than mesomorphs. based on this, i would say no, because the only thing that skinny people can brag about are their six packs, which onyl shows because they're skinny.
