They don't read wills, did you mean bills?
The MP's in the House of Commons makes new laws.
These new laws are then known as bills
Before these new bills can become law, they are discussed by The House of
Lords.
They can pass the bill, or return it to the Commons, for ammendmants.
When the law is finally passed by both Houses of Parliament, the bills go
before HM The Queen, for her signature.
When signed by The Queen, they become law.

The House of Commons and the House of Lords
The House of Commons has far more authority and power, despite being a "lower house". The House of Lords actually has more members, but they don't always show up. The House of Lords can use its power to slow up prospective new legislation
The address of the Lords Hill Meeting House is: 57 Plantation Road, Effingham, NH 03882-8404
It is called the Parliament. It is divided into two parts the House of Lords and the House of Commons. The house of commons comes up with discuses and puts forward a proposal to enact a new law then if the House of Lords agrees with it it can be formed into a law.
The Lords of the New Church was created in 1981.
Britain became bicameral in 1707 with the Union with Scotland Act, which created the Parliament of Great Britain. This new parliament consisted of two chambers, the House of Commons and the House of Lords. The House of Commons was composed of elected representatives, while the House of Lords was made up of appointed members of the aristocracy and the clergy. The bicameral system remains in place in the United Kingdom today, with the House of Commons and the House of Lords both playing important roles in the country's government and legislative process.
Walter Wills was born on August 22, 1881, in New York City, New York, USA.
Lords of the New Church - song - was created on 1993-05-17.
Kelli Wills was born on May 3, 2000, in Bronx, New York City, New York, USA.
The House of Commons is (mostly) elected by the electorate. The House of Lords is unelected and consists of peers of the realm, fewer and fewer are hereditary peers and most now are life peers (which means that their titles die with them and cannot be passed down to their heir). Under the Labour government it became the next career step for failed politicians and cronies. Man of the Common People John Prescott recently took his seat in the House of Lords demonstrating beautifully what New Labour was really all about.
