Most of the time, gpaS is measured Objectivly by tests but measuring the smartness of an individual is completely subjective. regular education only equip students with informations they need to enter the real world. How someone will use these informations to attain sucess is a different story. It's kind of like the difference between knowledge and wisdom. Someone who's bad in math, history, literature maybe good with connecting with people and we all know that building a good relationship with business partner is important. Some folks are terrible at arts, science or even math but they have a natural gift at handling money matters. Another explanation is that school isn't always the place where people discover their special talent. Sometimes some people discover their full potentitial after studying.

Absoultely terrible cant win anything
No. But you might want to get better at writing.

The Cathedral was built to honor Ivan's successful military against Tartan Mongols (St. Basils' Cathedral).
