Because, anywhere, where there are pores can get acne. It is usually common on the face, and back. I actually had a blackhead on my stomach, right above my button. I thought it was a mole or something, but it was porous, so I squeezed it, and that hard stuff(not puss) came out. It's clear, so I'm happy I don't have to look at it all the time. I also had on on my breast, and it was a tiny blackhead too.

∙ 7y agoHair on the abdomen, stomach face etc can be darker in colour than on your head. It is genetics that run in the family, you get this from your parents and grandparents etc.
