∙ 16y agoThere are so many reasons to work. To be with your peers after establising a Social Network. This creates a sense of well being and independence. Not to mention the need to be an asset to the community to continue economic growth and the requirements to survive in todays world where income is a great necessity. It overall brings a contagious smile to share with others hoping they in turn do the same when passing a person by.

It may be because you have a passionate interest in what the company does or sells. It may have been somewhere you have shopped or experienced. You may have heard it is a good place to work with strong teamwork.

There can be many reasons why someone wants to work somewhere and if I had a company and you asked the question, why would I want to work with your company, I'd give you the reasons you should work for me.
