The exact reason is unknown but, he keeps saying he believes in true love and wants to find it, but I don't think he wants to go through woman like tissues just to find her.

In Germany and Europe you don't date like the Americans do, and according to Bill it's more about meeting someone through friends or by accident. He's never really dated. He is also very wary and not sure why a girl would want him - for being just Bill or Bill the singer in TH. He seems to have some insecurities about that.And we also don't know if he's dating. I'm sure the guys do a lot of things we know nothing about.
