It will need tine to save itself so it records the data of you beating the Elite Four, once you go back into the game, you appear in your room,at your house.
However-- if you're not running the emulator in the right compatability mode, the game won't allow you to save, saying something to the effect of "a memory chip is not installed". To fix this, once you open the emulator (in this case, I'm using VisualBoyAdvance), go to "Options" in the top menu, then select the "emulator" tab, and then scroll down to "Save type". It should be sixth from the bottom. From there, the last three options should say "Flash 64k", "Flash 128k", and "Enhanced Detection". "Flash 64k" should have a little checkmark next to it. Click on "Flash 128k" and the menu should close. Now go back to where you just were (save types), and the checkmark should have moved to "Flash 128k". If that's true, congratulations-- the game should save just fine now, and you should be able to beat the Elite Four without any resetting issues. Unfortunately, for the changes to 'take', you'll have to start a new game.
What happens is that you will be congratulated on beating the Elite Four and you will fly to your house. The only thing is, you don`t see the flying. And, just for the record, if you`ve noticed, there are 8 badges, but you only have 7 tms. Look on 1 island for the answer.
Because you know a trainers main goal is to be the best Pokemon trainer ever and one of the most main goals is to beat the Pokemon league. So once you are done beating the Pokemon league you automatically return to your own home.

Yes, but only by beating the game and migrating it from Pokémon FireRed, LeafGreen, Ruby, Sapphire, or Emerald.
It's impossible to get another Master Ball unless you restart the game or someone trades you a Pokemon with a master ball.
The FireRed Pokemon does freeze on your Shining Opal FireRed hack game because your RAM is low.
No, Pokemon FireRed version is for GBA.
It is probably a corrupt game.
You finish the game by beating the Elite Four. If you beat that try to get all the Pokemon from firered, leafgreen, emerald, sapphire, ruby, and pearl.

You can migrate Pokemon by putting FireRed in the GBA slot of the DS and Diamond/Pearl in the DS game slot, and then starting up D/P and choosing the migrate option. This is only available however, after completing the Sinnoh PokeDex and beating the Elite Four.
