Why does my 4.7l sounds like its over reving when taking off and during driving till you hit 50 mph but trans does not slip and horse power is still there?

You didn't say what vehical your 4.7 is in but I have a 80% guess for you.
This is very likely the fan making the noise and it is making the noise because the fan cluch is in high cool mode.
This is caused by three things, the clutch is bad or the under hood tempurature is high, or someone has replaced the clutch with one that is suposed to rotate the other way.
4.7 L Dodges can create high under hood temps when A head gasket fails and when you get going the fan cools down and cuts out.
