It could be as simple as a soft right front tire, check the air pressure in all the tires.

it is under the dashboard on the left side of the steering wheel. It has a cover on it that just pulls off.
I'll assume you are referring to the section below the steering column. A section of the dash?? If so, it just pulls straight out. It is held on with clips.

There will need to be an alignment done on the vehicle to straighten the steering wheel properly. The adjustment to make it straight is called a "toe Adjustment". If it pulls while driving causing the steering wheel not to be straight it will need a Caster or Camber adjustment or all of these may need adjustmnet.
You would lower the steering column for starters. The dash panel pulls upward and the dash in front pulls toward you. Everything else is screwed in, so you need to unscrew everything else. This gets you to the nitty gritty of the dash.

It is located on the back side of the glove compartment. There are actually two filters inside of the door. The first one pulls straight out. The second one needs to slide to the right and then straight out.
