Answer 1

Cause the Western superpowers especially USA and UK support Israel for

Religious reasons and decided to turn a blind eye. The Arab Leaders are

corrupted. The obvious root cause of this bloody conflict is Zionism but no

country wants to risk their neck. Personally, the only country that can solve this

conflict is US by migrating all the Jews to USA and UK and give back the

Palestinians their land which was taken away from them by the British.

Answer 2

First of all, this question is slanted in two major ways and makes an incorrect

implicit assumption.

For the slanting: Firstly, it separates Palestinian dead and wounded from Israeli

dead and wounded. You could easily ask "Who is protecting the Israeli school-

children in Sderot from missile attacks from Palestinian Militants?" and get a

similar answer. Secondly, it separates Palestinian dead from numerous other

regions in far more serious conflict such as Kashmir, Xinjiang, and the Lord's

Resistance Army areas of East Africa.

As for the assumption, there are numerous NGOs that assist the Palestinian

people on a daily basis. Foremost among these is UNRWA, but there are also

international monitors in the West Bank, Israeli organizations like B'zelem which

promote Palestinian causes and help Palestinians sue for recompense.

Additionally, Hamas and Hezbollah are well-known (in addition to their Paramilitary

and Terrorist Activities) for their social wings which assist Palestinian civilians.

And lastly, the most egregious slant, so blatantly out there in the open that

it's easy to miss: No Palestinian children are under attacks from Israel.

What caused terrorist attacks after the Six Day War?

Poor losers. For a more specific answer, it depends on what is being considered a "terrorist attack".On the Egyptian front, there were numerous cross-border missile attacks on Israeli military and civil positions on the east bank of the Suez Canal. These were caused by Nasser's desire to continue to put pressure on Israel and force Israel to relinquish the Sinai Peninsula and the spate of attacks from 1967-1970 is often called the War of Attrition. On the Jordanian front, Palestinian fedayeen continued the types of cross-border raids that they had previously performed when the West Bank was under Jordanian control. These attacks were performed with the intent of destabilizing Israel. Israel retaliated with an incursion into Palestinian controlled areas of Jordan in the Battle of Karameh in 1968, which led to Palestinians redirecting their violence against the Jordanian government and the attempt to create a Palestinian State in Jordan. (This was soundly destroyed by the Jordanians in 1970 in what is known as Black September, the bloodiest war in Palestinian history.)It should be noted that nothing causesterrorist attacks; they are perpetrated through a conscious free-will decision by the terrorist. There are things that provide motivation for terrorists, but that is by far not the same thing as a cause.

What countries border palestine?

It depends on how you define Palestine. If you define it as the territories under the de facto control of the Palestinian Authority, it only borders Israel. If you consider only the territories of the West Bank, even those under de facto Israeli control, it borders both Israel and Jordan. If you consider all of the Palestinian Territories, also including the Hamas-controlled Gaza Strip, it borders Israel, Jordan, and Egypt. If you consider the former Mandate of Palestine that many Arabs use when they discuss Palestine replacing Israel, it would border Jordan, Egypt, Syria, and Lebanon (but no Israel since Israel would be gone).

Are Palestinians citizens of Israel?

Yes and No. There are roughly 1.35 million Palestinian citizens of Israel, called "Arab-Israelis" by Jewish Israelis. However, this is a small part of the estimated world population of 11 million Palestinians.

Is the Gaza strip owned by Israel?

It belongs to Palestine. In June 1967, the the Gaza Strip was captured by Israel as a result of the Six-Day War. In 2005, Israel withdrew all of its military personnel and civilians from the Gaza Strip and left the territory under Palestinian control. The Gaza Strip belongs to no other country than Israel. While Israel may not have army boots on the ground there. Israel controls the airways and sea ways therefore is considered responsible for the well being of the people living there, alongside the United Nations and the terrorist or resistance militant organization Hamas. If the Palestinian state ever does get established and joins as an official member of the United Nation then the Gaza Strip will belong to Palestine as Israel does not want it.

What two regions of Israel are currently being occupied by the Palestinians?

The West Bank (Jordan) and the Golan Heights (Syria), both taken in the Six Day War in 1967. The Gaza strip is no longer an occupied territory. The West Bank has three types of Areas: A;B;C. Area A - full control of the Palestinian Authority. Area B - Palestinian civil control and Israeli security control. Area C - full Israeli control, except over Palestinian civilians. While the vast majority of the Palestinian population lives in areas A and B, the vacant land available for construction in dozens of villages and towns across the West Bank is situated on the margins of the communities and defined as area C. The Palestinian Authority has full civil control in area A, area B is characterized by joint-administration between the PA and Israel, while area C is under full Israeli control. Israel maintains overall control over Israeli settlements, roads, water, airspace, "external" security and borders for the entire territory.

Which city is special to muslims?

Makkah and Madina Which Are In Saudi Arabia, andEast Jerusalem which is in the Palestinian Territory (currently under Israel control)

Why does Israel rule the West Bank through martial law as opposed to civil law like in Israel proper and the Golan Heights?

Israel has always seen implementing civil law in the Palestinian Territories as implicitly annexing the Palestinian Territories. The implications of annexing the Palestinian Territories would be that Israel would be compelled to grant the Palestinians citizenship in Israel and this would effectively make Israel another Arab State similar to Lebanon. When Israel annexed the Golan Heights to bring it under civil law, citizenship was offered to the Syrian Druze who lived there. However, the Syrian Druze were a small population who did not threaten the Jewish majority of Israel. In order to preserve its primarily Jewish identity, Israel has decided to leave the West Bank under martial law. Additionally, by leaving the territory consistently under martial law, Israel demonstrates that it evinces a serious intent about the possibility of returning the territory to a Palestinian State. This is because a martial system does not create a strong infrastucture.

Why are the Palestinians angry about Israel's water use?

Answer 1Because the Drought in Israel in the last 10 years, there are problems in Israel but the Palestinian get always water constantly, they don't get angry about anything.By the way, Jordan and the west bank get more water than the agreements between Israel and them specify.Answer 2Israel has constructed massive pipelines from the Sea of Galilee to Beersheba which transport thousands of litres of water daily to the Israeli population while failing to connect such waterways to Palestinian homes in the West Bank. In addition, Israel is plumbing aquifers that run under both Israel and the West Bank without having Palestinian Authority's permission or sharing the water received equitably with the Palestinians. This makes the water issue also a Palestinian occupation since the joint aquifers are being plumbed against Palestinian wishes.

What nations are Israel's neighbors?

Israel is immediately bounded by several countries. If proceeding clockwise from due North, Israel borders: Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, the Palestinian Authority under Fatah control, more Jordan, the Gulf of Aqaba, Egypt, the Palestinian Authority under Hamas control, and the Mediterranean Sea. And Saudi Arabia is only about 15 miles across the Gulf of Aqaba. But it's fair to say that only Jordan and Egypt can be (barely) considered as "neighbors". The other border-states are not terribly friendly to Israel.

Is Israeli army killing Palestinian children an evil act?

Yes. Killing children is an immoral act under any circumstances. Whether or not that should be used to tar an entire armed forces or government of a country should be connected to intentionality. There is an important distinction between actuality and intentionality. Actuality is what occurs, regardless of desires and intentionality is purpose and rationale. There is certainly an actuality that the Israeli Army has been responsible for the death of Palestinian Children and there is also certainly an actuality that Palestinian Militant and Terror Organizations have caused the death of Palestinian children. It is very important to note, however, that there is no intention in the Israeli Army, no memorandum, and no unofficial desire to kill Palestinian non-combatants (which includes children). The deaths of Palestinian children are regrettable and if the violence were to cease on both sides, Palestinian children would not have to worry about being embroiled in a conflict where both their country and another could end them.

Who was Israel created for?

Israel was created for the Jews so they could have a homeland after the Holocaust. Palestine was under mandate by the British who encouraged the creation of the homeland to be carved out of Palestinian land. This area had been occupied by the Jews in ancient times.

What organization is currently fighting for the creation of a palestinian state for Arabs in israel and have resisted Jewish control?

It is unclear what is meant by "in Israel". If that is referring to territory under Israeli control, then the PLO/PA qualifies. If it is referring to the territory under Israeli control in 1949, then Hamas and Islamic Jihad qualify.

What did the Palestinians get in the Oslo Accords?

The Oslo Accords allowed for (1) Israel's recognition of the Palestinian Authority, composed primarily by the Palestine Liberation Organization, as the legitimate representative of the Palestinian People and that (2) the Palestinian Authority would have direct civil governance over select regions of the West Bank and most of the Gaza Strip, called Zone A under the terms of the Accords.

Why doesn't Israel hand Gaza to the Egyptians?

There are several reasons why this cannot happen 1) Israel cannot just 'hand Gaza to the Egyptians' as it is currently under Palestinian/Hamas rule. Israel disengaged from the Gaza strip in September 2005, and it has been under Palestinian rule since then. First under Fatah, and subsequently Hamas. 2) The Gaza strip is not an occupied territory that belongs to Egypt 3) The Egyptians do not want to control the Gaza strip 4) The Palestinians want an independent country that include TheGaza strip and the West Bank and they don't want to be ruled by the Egyptians
