The blower motor resistor has failed on that circut. It control all speeds except 5. It is a matter of time before more fail. It is a simple replacement.
It is located up under the dash (under that removable panel on the passenger side) If you drop the glove box down you can see the blower motor and then follow the wires to it. It is held in with two theaded nuts (8 mm maybe) and then the electrical clip to the blower. Simple fix and about a 35-40 dollar part from www.parts4chevys.com
