Becauseof the steam, when the water heats up it forms steam. is you feel the steam that comes out of a kettle, it's very hot and wets your hand (when your hand is wet it means the hot water has cooled again)

Why are ice cubes made with hot water clearer then those made with cold water?

The difference between clear ice made by freezing previously-heated water and cloudy ice made from ordinary cold tap water is the presence of trapped air bubbles in the cloudy ice. The trapped air comes from gases that were dissolved in the cold water, but which come out of solution during freezing. When water is boiled, or raised in temperature, the solubility of gas is reduced and it comes out of solution, so that when that previously heated water is frozen there are no bubbles formed and the ice is clear.

Why is the water from your bathroom faucet cloudy and rest of running water in the house is clear?

Aerators are helpful to keep water from splashing, they also infuse air into running water. If you see that the water is cloudy, try this... Take a clear glass and run cold water from the tap, for a second, then place the glass under the faucet, fill the glass and set in on the counter. If the water is being effected by the aerator the cloudiness will dissipate in a few seconds. The cloudiness is tiny bubbles suspended in the water.

Is cloudy olive oil still good to use?

If the oil has become cloudy because it was stored in quite cold conditions, it should become clear again when it returns to a normal room temperature. If it does, it is safe to use. If the oil does not become clear again, it has probably been contaminated by something and it is best not to use it.
