So many things could be wrong and cause it to not start, but from what you have provided the next step would be to trace the cables to the starter and see if they are corroded or broken, you didn't mention if the car was turning over or not, so I assume it isnt, so if the battery has power, and the alternator isn't the cause then you need to follow the power, it goes from the battery to the ignition, then to the starter, since we know the battery is good, check to see if power is getting to the starter, if not trace the problem in between those two points.
Check the starter.

Go tesco they will help more then anything youve ever seen
Maybe youve got a stop/start engine BY AP1
I would first have the alternater tested to be sure that it's good. If it is then make sure you're getting voltage to it when you hook it up on your car. If you take jumper cables off and it dies you're not getting voltage to the alternator. You could have a bad battery and if you're alternator is working right the car would still stay running even if you take jumper cables off. Check all wiring going to alternator thats more than likely your problem also check your grounds and ground wire to the alternator. I had the same type of problem. It was a bad fusible link. I just ran a wire to the 10 mm bolt on the back of the alt. to the battery. This wire has to be thick though. And I would definelty put a battery charger on the battery. Also check all grounds to the motor.
start your journey to kanto. if youve done that and youve visited mt. silver go to cerulean cave. (on top of mt silver is ash. if you go up to him he'll challenge you. most of his pokemon are close to lvl.80)
You're not carrying your own weight
youve checked fuel, now you need to check for air and spark. the problem is likely going to be ingition related, ohm the coils and wires and make sure the plugs are still good.
Simple question - Its assumed that youve a qualification that is not really in line with the job your applying for. Therefore a company will ask why youve applied for a industry that youve not based your learning on

The contraction of you have is you've.
Youve eliminated the two key areas where a bad contact could cause the problem. The next easiest place to look for a bad wire is at the fusible link where the alternator wire meets the main power wire off the starter as it goes into the bulkhead connector. The next place would be the main power splice between the headlight switch, fusebox and ignition switch. Big splice of 10ga red wires. Lastly, the Ig switch itself is suspect.
You first need to disconnect your battery cables. after that your going to go over your alternater and disconnect all power wires there should be a clip and 2 bolts. once youve done that then yiou need to loosin your tention pully and the bottom two bolts that hold it in place. after they come out and you surpontine belts off its should just pull right out i changed mine yesterday it took about 20 mins.
