Dont take this as fact, but it could possibly be a form of scurvy, caused by a lack of vitimin C in your lil pigs diets. You could try providing a good source of it, such as through orange or red peppers (very high in vit c)...NOT water supplements as this tastes vile and stops the pigs drinkin water. But a definite vet trip is advised :) hope i could help
Yes, he cuts it whenever it grows.

My 2 6 month old boy guinea pigs sometimes fight a little bit but as long as there is no blood or serious cuts, they can live happily together
don't keep them in the same cage if they have not been spayed or neutered unless you want babies.
the pee coming out of your face HAHAHAHAHAHA
Yes.
They came by going across these short cuts from men that found them and lead the way to the short cuts.
Yes, you should keep all male guinea pigs separate. They are very territorial and they will always fight. It will not stress them if they can hear or see each other through the cages.
FIND IT! Do you have any other animals in the house!!! Look everywhere!! ...When you do check and see if he/she has any cuts or anything is swollen or hurt ... the put he/she back in his/her cage!
guinea pigs do this for a number of reasons. check its food, water and if it is doing it excessivly, pick him/her up and and check that it has no cuts or lumps. they do this sometimes however, just out of boredom.
Romeo often refers to Juliet as the light in his life that cuts through the darkness.
