A cat's penis is situated quite close to the anus, but bizarrely, it is also pointed backwards. This allows the male cat to spray urine directly onto vertical surfaces in order to mark territory - unlike male dogs, which have to lift a rear leg in order to mark territory on a vertical surface.
Because of this unique positioning, it means that all male cats have to squat in order to urinate.
Some fixed cats, male and female, will continue to spray or pee on things to mark their territory. They may feel they are threatened by something in the area, other animals or people, are under a lot of stress from changes, and feel they have to do this to prove that area is theirs.
It also could be a sign of some underlying medical problem.
it has no hands it has paws plus it can't pee standing up it squats to pee because if it don't it will pee all over its fur..
Your cat probably has a behavioral problem. It may be anxious or upset. Has anything changed recently in your home, like the addition of another pet? Or, the litter box may need changing.
They sit down and pee normally
If your female cat is fixed aund another male cat is not fixed your female cat should not be attracted to the male cat but the male cat could be attracted to your female cat. ;)
If they are not fixed they will.
It's entirely normal. It's probably a show of dominance. No reason for concern.
He is still called a Tom Cat. Females are called Queens.gib (gb)NOUN:: A male cat, especially a castrated one. http://education.yahoo.com/reference/dictionary/entry/gib_2;_ylt=AjYR5eQ7LDxsIyrG9UYf3_GugMMF
If it sprayed before it was fixed, it is possible it will spray after wards, but the incidents will be less frequent and should eventually stop. If it never learned to spray before it was fixed, it won't spray - the urge won't be there and it won't know how to do it.
Either it is not mating season and/or the male is fixed.
Its not that bad.... They only do it if they are not fixed, they do it to mark there territory
You can always talk to your vet, or your cat can live outside.

Yes, that can happen. If she was spraying in the house before she was fixed, neutering her will not break the habit.
A castrated male cat is usually just called a "neutered" or "fixed" male.
An entire (not neutered) male cat is called a Tom cat.
He is probably fixed.
No way! Spraying has nothing to do with a particular breed. It is simply a male cat's instinct to mark his territory by "spraying".
I would say that your better off getting the male neutered first. It will stop behaviors like spraying.
You may fix the cat, fix the skirt of the mobile home, or best option, both!
