Why have you got lower back pain and i always needa wee but only a tiny bit comes out and it hurts?

If you are an elderly person and have this problem, it could mean that you have an enlarged prostate that is blocking the urine from coming out and the urine is backing up into your kidneys and causing the Back pain. If this was the case, I would expect you have to get up to pee every hour --or so-- all night long, and you don't get much sleep. If this is the case, then you need to see your doctor so he can make sure that you don't have something really bad wrong with your prostate... like cancer... If it is just because your prostate has gotten big and it has partially closed-off the tube in your penis (it's called the urethra [YOU-REETH'-RA]), and you do NOT have prostate cancer, then there is medicine that can help shrink the prostate so you can pee better. Sometimes they have to do a surgery to go in and remove some of the extra tissue (it's like a roto-rooter surgery). But actually, this sounds like you have two problems happening... Because it hurts you when you pee, that suggests that you may have an infection in your penis, or in your prostate gland (inside deep behind your testicles). You need to see a doctor to see what could be causing the infection. If this is the case, then your back pain should not have anything to do with the burning in your penis... but you really need to see a doctor/PA/NP and get this checked out... OK...??
