AIPAC or the American Israeli Public Affairs committee is the most powerful foreign lobby in Washington and it influences all decision made on US foreign policy. This effect has been detrimental to the US image abroad and caused people around the world to hate the US.
Obama has promised to combat the negative effects of lobby groups and he has since snubbed aipac for the less extreme Jewish lobby j street.
