SuperPACs are a method of funding a political campaign using publicly anonymous donations. This allows corporations to donate to campaign funds to a candidate and alter their policies and decisions. Bernie Sanders is of the view that in order to run an honest campaign based on defending the people's interest, he should only accept donations from individual people and have his will financially bound to theirs.
