Guys aren't as interested in chit-chatting as women are. Women need coversation to feel important, men don't. Why are you waiting on his text? Men like a chase, keep yourself busy and let him find you. And remember, if he doesn't text when he say's he will, don't text him. Wait for him to get with you and (even though your pissed) act like you didn't even notice.
