Is it plugged in? If it is, and you have a a warrenty go complain, if you don't have a warrenty(or it expired), you need a new fridge or someone who can repair it.
1. Check your machine is plugged in AND switched.

2. open the fridge and check if the light comes on (if it has one)
3. If the plus is the fused type (carries a fuse in the plug) check the fuse
4. Check to ensure the socket is working by plugging into the socket a lamg (table lamp) that you know is working
4. Once all these checks have been done and you know there is not issue with the socket, no issue with a fuse (if it has one) then you have a machine that has failed. It will either need replacing or repairing. In most cases when a machine like this goes down it may be cheaper to purchase a new one.

A fan blows away the heat into the room. Then the gas pressure is dropped in the refrig cold room and the temperature drops in the cold room, PV=RT. Any freezer needs to be kept closed as much as possible if you wish for it to remain cold. However a chest freezer will not warm up as fast as an upright freezer. the freezer serves a very important role in our society without it food losses would be off the charts border line ludicrous... it makes sure the foods we are not going to be eating for a while stays good... freezeing it in time... so that we may eat it in the distant future... and because the refrigerator part doesnt get cold enough to freeze anything
