Could be that your fuel pump is losing pressure having to pump the fuel uphill.
Parked in Paree - 1936 was released on: USA: 28 August 1936
He parked in a handicapped spot and a real handicapped person ended up getting seriously injured because she had to park in a normal far away space. This caused a crowd to gather around George's car because he selfishly parked there not needing it. They eventually destroyed it. I think it may happen other times too.

yes. he was shot to death in a parked car..his name was Merlin Santana
About 22 minutes into the film, he is seen outside of the window-the man walking past the parked limousine of an old man who is looking at paintings.
keep hand brake
turn your wheels toward curb
reverse and set the parking brake.
The handbrake is used to stop a stationary car rolling downhill. The transmission can also stop a car from moving when parked.
yes
In a downhill area, you should always park with the front wheels toward the curb. The theory is that if the brakes malfunction, the car will move towards the curb and stop, instead of going downhill, gathering speed and causing an accident.
very very low on fuel or faulty fuel pump
Down hill to the right, up hill to the left.
The owner of car two, because they either did not properly park their car or did not properly maintain their car so it would remain safely parked.
hi it sounds like your fuel pump is leaking and when its facing downhill the fuel runs out the pipe causing a air lock but when its uphill fuel is kept in the pipe line. i think there is a rubber diaphragm inside pump that is replaceable hope this is of help
As long as the parked vehicle is parked properly and not illegally parked in any manner, then the vehicle that rear-ended the parked car is at fault. Now if the parked car is sitting illegally (such as double parked or parked in a no parking zone, etc.) then the parked car is at fault or even both the parked car AND the car that hits it are BOTH at fault.
Hopefully none if it's parked up. If it's being driven it may depend on how fast it's going
