Because humans are made so that we feel pleasure as a reward for doing things that we need to in order to survive. We are rewarded with a sensation of good taste when we eat food. Pie is food so it tastes good to us. :-) Also, the blend of crisp pastry and whatever filling, goes very well together. Pie is the best food in the world! Eat it dudes and dudetts!! P.S. I LIKE PIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No! Pie is delicioius because it is the most holy thing on this entire planet! Nobody cares about something like moldy cheese because it's just terrible, not because it doesn't have fruit on the inside!
