You can die from lung cancer because your lungs turned black from all the smoke, you won't be able to exercise that much because doing something physical will make it harder for you to breathe because of the smoke in your lungs.Your teeth will turn a very sickening yellow, your breath will smell awful, and it can lead to worse drugs. If you haven't tried smoking yet, good, you shouldn't. There are plenty of health risks and trouble you can get into.

∙ 14y agoWell first of all there is nothing good about smoking! But just to answer the question the only thing good out of it is the money that people make selling it. So it doesn't help the smoker but the dealer, yes :)
