But really you should find another website to look this up on I am 13 years old and I can type random things and answers on here and you can put them in your report or homework or whatever your looking up presumption of innocence for.. :D

The presumption of innocence is important because its innocent until proven guilty...... So if your innocent then you have nothing to worry about but if your guilty then for a short time you can say "hey i was innocent at one point." :)
