The output shaft seal has failed and Transmission Fluid is leaking by, and that would explain the transmission fluid appearing there.
Honda ATF-Z1 transmission fluid or a multi-import transmission fluid that meets the requirements for ATF-Z1.
Remove support brackets from dipstick--then it should just "Pull-out" Lubricate "O" Ring prior to installation
Raise the car and clean and degrease the area where the transmission and engine meets. Drive for approx. 20 mins to heat the engine up then check for leaks. The most common area for leak is the rear main seal. Good luck.

You probably have a leak in the hose/line that takes your transmission fluid to the cooler (in the radiator). Look for the small tubes/hoses that run from the engine to the side of the radiator; the leak is probably in the area where the metal tube meets the rubber hose. Good luck!
