Webkinz might not be letting you log on because your accounts have expired. to make it work again buy more webkinz and register them. if you are SURE that your account is not expired THEN go to customer service and press log in there and it usually works

∙ 13y agoThe only reason you wouldn't be able to is that you got banned from you're account because you did something bad=(. Or that you don't have an account or that someone changed you're password=0.Well I have solutions to most of these problems if you don't have one go to you're local gift shop and buy one or order one online. if someone changed you're password just type in you're user name and put you forgot you're password and put in you're pet's secret code=).

YES that could be the answer, but there are TWO other reasons! 1) Webkinz World is closed for Maintenance OR Your account has expired; After you purchase a Webkinz, you get to have it for a year. you MUST buy another webkinz in a years time or your account will be terminated! (i know this sucks i hate it) Have a Pawsome time in Webkinz World!

If your account wont let you log on all you have to do is have your webkinz code handy. When you get to the log in page just click 'I forgot may password'. Then enter the webkinz code and they will give you a new, unique password you can change later if you want!
