While maybe, because shes putting him that way and he wants to keep her with him. By saying those rude comments and going mushy to her, all I can say is stay strong!
Because he's insecure and ignorant. Why his 'girlfriend' would find that attractive, is beyond me. How could she expect him to treat her with respect if his attitude towards women, his own sister no less, is that disgusting? Please don't let his attitude affect your life too much; You don't have to get in a fight with him, but don't let let him believe for a second that you find his behaviour to be acceptable. And make it clear to his girlfriend that she shouldn't either, for her own sake.
