Parents neglect their children because they are either busy or they have more important priorities. Sometimes adults who have children have mental disabilities which dis-enable them to look after their children, this means they might subsequently ignore their children.
So does that mean that a child should get attention ONLY if the have a mental disiability? I find this comment offensive and infuriating. Im going to report you.
