Think about it for a minute.
If your blood alcohol is zero, you are not drunk. You have not likely had a drink. That would be the vast majority of drivers on the road. Logistically, it would be impossible to pull over all drivers and test them for 0% alcohol.
The zero tolerance law refers to if a person is under 21 and they are caught driving under the influence, no matter what percentage you blow, if its not a zero you are under arrest.
Zero to any non-zero real number power is equal to zero. Unless a function evaluates to 'zero to the infinity power' then you must take limits to determine what the limit evaluates to. Zero to the zero power is undefined, but you can take a limit of the underlying function to determine if the limit exists.
Alcohol is in many different types of drink and there are even traces in water, so should it be illegal to ban water and driving?
zero
North Carolina is a zero-tolerance state for minors driving under the influence.
The Idea that People will go out of business if the alcohol limit is zero has very little evidence to suggest it will or won't, I'm not saying it won't affect business all I'm saying is there is very little evidence for this. An argument for setting the alcohol limit to zero is that it would stop people being injured or ever killed by there or other people's mistakes. The problem with setting the alcohol limit at zero is that Mouthwash has alcohol in it and using it can increase you BAC (blood alcohol content). Also, food flambéed in alcohol can still have a small amount of alcohol in it which can also show up in a Breathalyzer test.
its ZERO
zero -anonymous Legal limit for what? Population? Killing? Drinking?
It means that, if you are underage, ANY traceable amount of alcohol in your system while driving is considered a DUI, even if it is under the state and federal legal limit.
infinite means no limit.
It is undefined. In infinities and infinitessimals we use limits, so we see trends as we approach a limit. However this gives different answers, The limit as A approaches infinity of A x 0 is 0. But the limit as B approaches zero of infinty x B is infinite. To be well-defined both of these answers need to be the same.
