Well, I am a Grandmother with an 18 year old granddaughter living with me. She came to live with me when she was 15. She lived with her dad and her stepmother. This was a very real case of Cinderella. My granddaughter was on restriction, literally 9 months out of the year. And while she was on restriction she had to clean, I mean scrub floors on her knees,, even rub her stepmothere's feet. She was not allowed to see me at all, because that was something that made her happy. I was really scared she would hurt herself because she was so depressed. Well, we finally got her signed as an independent, in school, anywheree. Her dad signed everything over to me. This child is like a different person today. Everyone who sees her says they can't believe her confidence and the sparkle in her eye. You have to think of the child and the circumstances. I am so thankful she is out of that household.

Unless he has gone to court to get his parental rights, yes.
no but there is a way that you can go to court and become an adult because I saw that some movie star kids did that. But you have to have a good reason
Only if the non-custodial parent give up his parental rights.
You shouldn't kick out your girlfriend just because she has teenage kids that is just stupid and absurb
Your daughter unless courts say other wise
you sure do. take her to the court's. to find out more.
3 reasons why little kids are on teenage websites is maybe their friends have one and they don't want to feel left out. 2 because there older brother or sister may have one and 3 because they dont know what it is or they think its really cool.
She has no kids, but she does have a teenage stepdaughter!
no you won't be held for child support but you really need to think about signing your rights away cause once you sign the papers you will not have contact with the kids at all.
Because poor parents breed poor kids most of the time.
He could if he has sole legal custody and you have no parental rights. Otherwise he would need your consent and she would need to be approved and appointed by the court as a guardian. He could if he has sole legal custody and you have no parental rights.
