Not everyone has a computer connected to the internet. Nor does every computer user trust online shopping. Also, while online shopping means you don't have to leave your home to go shopping, you do have to be at home to receive the deliver, or have a neighbour take in the delivery for you, until you get home (after work?). Also, in a shop you can see and feel the quality, while you can't when online shopping.
