Does The Sims 2 body shop work on The Sims 2?

If you want it to work then go to My Computer Next Local Disc and then go on Program Files AND Then go to EA GAME Next Sims 2, Then CsBin And then Sims 2 BodyShop but make sure you have regsiters your game on the ea that will probabley get it working Ask me if you need more info just tell me and ill tell you more

The Sims 2 bodyshop is very finicky. Some computers it will work and some it won't. I don't know whats happening with yours, but if its not opening, try double-clicking on it 3 times, then doing something else, like tv or something. Come back in a bit and it should be open. This is what happened with mine.

Do NOT double-click more than once, or it will try opening more than once, and slow down even more. Do it once, then wait. Be sure the game is NOT open. Plus, if you have expansions, be sure you are clicking on the one for the latest expansion. The multi-packs count as later, too. Apartment Life is the latest, but I have all, and play with the Fun with Pets disc, that included two stuff packs. So, know what you have that's latest. Go into all programs/EA games/ then the latest pack you have, and choose that Body Shop to open. Then, once clicked, be patient. It can take several minutes to open. Close any unneeded programs, if your system isn't very fast, to help it along. If you accidentally do click more than once, open the task manager (CTRL+ALT+DEL), go to processes, and shut down ALL of the sims 2 body shop ones that are running, and start over. Be patient. Eventually, it will open.
