My fan blade is positioned too close to the housing. Whenever I would pull on the fan (from under the passenger side dash), it would start up.
I have had continual problems with the heating and fan operation of my car.
It is the last Ford that I buy because of the continual problem.
chk to see if yu have it positioned in the fan housing correctly , yu may have it in the worng position and causing it to be tilted the worng way , its an easy mistake to make
Check the 30 amp Blower fuse. If not that check the fan relay, if not that check the blower motor directly from a jump on the fan itself.
Same problem on mine...I had the blower motor module replaced and it works great.
Blower motor bad. Blower resistor bad. Switch bad. Fuse blown.
blower module on blower/ evap case
Yes you can, keep the fan on and put a clutch on it, and run the blower in to the turbo charger, if you keep the fan on it will make it super fast
A typical blower motor relay only operates the high speed function.
Open hood . Disconnect blower module located near blower fan. Disconnect, if blower shuts off, repalce module

When you find out let me know I have same problem replaced blower fan and resisitor did not work. I have a blazer zr2 2002
replace the blower fan resistor and you`ll be okay
There isn't a transistor but there is a blower motor resistor. The purpose of it is to control fan speeds. Normally when it goes bad it will let the fan run on high only. It is located under the dash on the passenger's side near the blower motor.
try a blower motor resistor
