Some cats just sleep and sleep. Fixed/altered cats are also known to be generally lazy.
If your cat -looks- like she's dying, she has a serious medical problem, and needs emergency care right away. If she is acting abnormal, this only encourages that possibility.
If it is a matter of the cat over-sleeping, you may want to ask for veterinary advice, but generally, cats do sleep a lot. If she (if it is a she) is rolling around, yowling, or laying with her rear end propped up, this means that she is in heat. It's suggested to get your cats fixed as soon as possible.
