Check your vent If this this vim like sudsy cleaner sits in your tank, it is most likely something is stuck in the discharge or flush valve.This is where the water goes from the tank when flushed.Look in your tank and you would see a flapper that is connected to a chain.Pull it up and check the discharge.Hope this helps!
