It sounds as if you have been giving him more compliments than he's been giving you or he's hearing it a lot from guys. The term "pretty boy" is usually a term another male uses and not a woman. Women will either say the guy is a hunk, handsome or cute. Sounds like this guy is full of himself and on an ego trip. Let him think what he likes and just move on from him.
