Generally, no. Each manufacturer has proprietary mounts for their lenses and, for example, Nikon lenses will not fit a Canon and so on. There are aftermarket lenses made to fit various cameras, but you need to specify the make and even sometimes the model of the camera in order to get a mount that fits.
Will Pentax 35MM camera lenses fit any other camera?
Pentax screwmount lenses (M42) will fit differently branded cameras with the same mount. It will easily fit other camera mounts including digital bodies using a cheap adapter. Just make sure you use the correct version of the adapter that focuses correctly to infinity. With Pentax K-mount lenses, there are existing adapters that will mount these to a four/thirds system camera, the Canon EF EOS, the Minolta MA or Sony Alpha and the Leica M39 screw mount. Take note that in most digital bodies, the lens can only be used at manual mode. Some camera models will not meter through it even at stop down. Pentax dSLR bodies will meter through them and add Shake Reduction and focus confirmation even if the lens is full manual.

Are all Nikon lens interchangeable?
All nikkor lenses (the name for nikon's lenses) have the same mount design. It is called an F-mount, and with this system any lens will fit any nikon camera. There are differences in some lenses that could change that answer though. If you camera is a DX format, an FX format lens is going to be automatically zoomed in and vice versa. Also some nikon lenses are PC (computer chip inside) and some are not. Some older pre AI Nikon lenses can damage some DSLRs if fitted. A FX lens on a DX camera will give exactly the same field of view as a DX lens of the same focal length on a DX camera. A DX lens on a FX camera will usually only image the center part of the frame with dark corners.

Chinon lenses are either M42, 'Pentax screw.' which can fit any digital body with the relevant adapter, or Pentax K bayonet which will fit Pentax or (most) Samsung SLRs. NB they will only meter stopped down to the taking aperture, and offer neither autofocus nor shutter priority/programmed modes. There is also the fact that film SLR lenses need longer focal lengths than their digital cousins due to the sensor being smaller, thus a 50mm standard lens for film is a short telephoto for digital.
Will a Nikon g mount fit a Nikon d80 camera?
Yes, it will fit. However, you will still need to see if the lens you have has or does not have features like autofocus or CPU connectors that will carry all the info that your camera needs... If it is a Nikon Lens it will work fine. So will others like Sigma, Tamron and Tokina. Carl Zeiss may not give you all the functions but will work in manual mode.
