Your GPA is only one factor that the UW (or any college) will consider when deciding if you will be accepted. Other factors include SAT/ACT scores, the classes you took, community service hours, work experience (not all college's ask about this), and an essay (again, not all ask for one, but UW does). However, a low GPA will decrease your chances and a high GPA will increase them. When I applied to get in, a 3.1 GPA was slightly lower than average, but still very acceptable. A good place to check on these sort of things is College Board (http://www.collegeboard.com). You can also sign up for the SAT there, because most colleges require you take either the SAT or the ACT. Good Luck
The University of Washington doesn't not have a given GPA/SAT requirement. U-dub focuses on academic and extra-curricular endurance throughout high school, therefore, you could have a 3.0 GPA and be on varsity cross country and be accepted into the university.
The top 25% of students enrolled freshman year at University of Washington had SAT scores of about 1960 so you are in the above average range for SAT scores and a GPA of 3.2 is also average to above average. For questions like this a definitive yes can never be given but for this case the chances are very good.
Sure why not. Really depends on what you wanna do.
According to the University of Washington's acceptance statistics, their average high school GPA for their students is 3.7, so if you have a 3.78 GPA, you should be in good shape. :-)

what is the GPA requirement to get accepted into the university of Memphis
George Washington University does not list a certain GPA that you need to be admitted. They do list your GPA as being very important, along with the level of challenge in those classes you took. For example, it isn't very impressive to have A's and B's in easy classes. Like all colleges, they want to see good grades along with hard classes.
