If you have not taken hydrocodone for two weeks will it still show up on drug tests?

It depends on the test used. A 3 drug urine test usually just checks for marijuana, cocaine, and meth. If they are checking for hydrocodone it is usually out of your system in 3 days, unless you take them everyday, then they will stay for about 2 weeks. The best thing to do if your worried about failing is to go to the E.R. and tell them you injured your back, and they will either give you a shot of hydrocodone or a scrip with enough to last a couple days then you will be good on your test, because they are prescribed to you.

∙ 15y agoGenerally- no. It takes 2 - 4 days for the hydrocodone to clear after it was taken. This would only be prolonged with severe metabolic disorders such as kidney disease etc.

Wait another few days. Sometimes those tests dont register after only 2 weeks. After a few days if you still dont get your period and the tests still read negative, go see a doctor to know for sure.
