Within the last ten years there has been a great deal of legislation passed targeting animal abuse. It has now become a very serious crime. A good example of this is the fall-out from the Mike Vic dog fighting scandal. It was taken incredibly seriously. This would not have been the case at all in the past.

∙ 11y agosome people change and help get all animals out An example of animal abuse: A story of a hurt lab that went thou life unloved "A 16 week old black lab puppy was tortured and left for dead in a diaper box at a gas station. A man stopped to put air in his tire and saw the box and heard a whimper. He opened the box and to his Horror found the puppy with PVC glue in his eyes, nose, ears and throat. His back legs had multiple fractures. The man took the puppy to the vet were he had to be euthanized (put down) due to his injuries. I can't fathom how someone could do this to a sweet, loving and innocent puppy. I cry when I think of what this puppy went through. He was probably wondering what he did wrong and why this evil person won't stop. The puppy in this story is named Buddy." a man tryed to stop it all

Is this question from a questionnaire that you have? I'm not sure anyone can answer it for you in that case. Or are you asking this question to the general public? In that case there will be many different answers. In my case, the answer is unclear. In many ways my life has gotten better, and in many ways it has gotten worse. Focusing on the "worse" too much really has no point to it other than to teach a lesson or remind me what I can change. For example, I've gained weight and gotten out of shape over the last 10 years, so thinking about this reminds me to make a plan to lose that weight and get in better shape.
Why do people pretend to be something they're not when it is better to be unique?
People are always trying to fit in. Wearing the best clothes, know the best songs an hanging "with the cool people" Its gotten worse over the years

Critics of capitalism pointed to the reoccurring trait that capitalism causes an unfair division between the working class & the privileged, as well as the replacement of humans with machines and technology. This problem has seemed to only have gotten worse over the years as now certain jobs have been eliminated entirely and replaced by automotive systems/machinery that can do the job for cheaper and more efficiently.
