it really depends on which position you want to play. i was a catcher for 13 years, and my leg muscles are huge (lol). but my pitcher was always lean and skinny. it all depends on how much work you put into the sport
bulky
Muscular, Respiratory, nervous. Softball makes you healthier in general
a giant: a very large person in size and in qualities. Usually very bulky and muscular.
Big muscles are built for lifting or moving heavy things a few times, so in order to tone them down you will want to run, do ellyptical, and ride a bike for long periods of time with low resistance to convert the muscle for stamina versus strength.
Before 1954, bobsledders were big and bulky. Now, bobsledders are supposed to be in between light and heavy, so they are muscular and agile
The presence of bulky groups can turn agonists into antagonists. The presence of bulky groups can also make antibiotic molecules more difficult for bacterial enzymes to degrade.
The muscles of an organism make up the muscular system.
No. Softball is a physical and mental game. It contains muscular endurance and strength, but that is not all it is about. Being a catcher, I personally have to be both mental and physical in great aspects. I have to know what pitches to call in what situations, stay focused to tell my team how many outs and where to go with the ball, but I also have to block up balls in the dirt, have muscular endurance to catch 4 to 5 games back to back in 90 to 100 degree heat, and wear massive amounts of equiptment. So, therefore, it involves much more than just muscular endurance!
Softball bats are normally made out of metal. Louisville slugger is the main company that makes softball bats. While they also make wood, metal is used in softball.
Running everyday will make your leags, specially quadriceps muscles stronger. Depending on your current size, it may make your legs slim, bulky or lean. If you have fat yours will be slim or lean. You are slim, your fat will be bulky. It all actually depends on your gene.
