Im glad to say I have found out you can get this game to work on vista by edditing some setting files of the game. 1. Open the "global.settings" file found in My Documents\Empire Interactive\SST\Settings (assuming first you have the game installed) by copying and pasting 'Empire Interactive\SST\Settings' into the search tool that comes up when you click the windows start button on your tool bar. 2. scroll down to you see a section called other which looks like this :- Other:
{
InstalledLanguage: { "0" }
ShadowDependencies: { "1" }
ForcedFSAA: { "0" }
Glow: { "1" }
GlowTrail: { "1" }
GlobalGlow: { "0" }
ParticleGlow: { "0" }
Distort: { "1" }
Compile: { "0" }
DisplayTimer: { "0" }
HUD: { "1" } 3. change the Glow, Glow tral & Distort values to 0 (zero) and then save this new (edited) file. 4. Restart the game and it should now be playable although the display will still white out every time you take a hit (damage) in game for a brief moment.
Which starship troopers game? The fps one will. The rts on the other hand I haven't been able to get it to work yet so im not really sure. Hope this helped.
It is not certain, but in the commetary for Starship Troopers 3: Marauder, Paul Verhoeven refers to the "Starship Troopers saga" instead of trilogy. So there is a possibility. A sequel to Starship Troopers 3 would be pretty good as there are still bugs to fight and the war is far from over. I seriously doubt that the original cast will return for another go at the franchise. Two, straight to DVD sequels would hardly entice NPH as his career has re-sky rocketed in the last decade. + I can't remember the last time i saw Denise Richards in anything that wasn't a bad, reality tv show ripp off of catching up with the kardashians. besides, the directors gonna want some one younger, and tighter, to play the lead female. Sex sells...

To play a Windows 97 game on a Home Premium 64 bit computer, the game must be run on compatibility mode. Once the game is installed, right click on the game and select properties. Under properties, choose compatibility and select either Windows XP or Windows 98.

Cobra Starship plays a variety of music. They have sounds from rock, alternative, pop, and even a hint of techno. :)
