It is true, to an extent. Vinegar dried out the skin and does make it tighter but it can cause irritation and bleeding if you dry out. Using undiluted vinegar is a very bad idea. most douches are about 30% vinegar 70% water. I would suggest using one of those once in a while to tighten you a bit but i wouldn't make a habit of it. The vagina is naturally elastic and if someone is complaining than they may not be doing their job right!

Some people use vinegar to soak the vagina in, if there is an unpleasant odor coming from it. Either white vinegar or apple cider vinegar can be used. It has the effect of eliminating the odor.
