Absolutely. Butalbital will flag the test because it contains Benzodiazapine (Benzo). Been there, done that. Got off because it's part of one of my prescriptions - I still remember the nastygram my doctor wrote to the Navy drug testing program reaming them for questioning her treatment plan.
