most wont i think but its not the police you should be affraid from ''them'' if they find you they will take the tattoos (take the skin if you know what i mean) and if chechens see you you die on sight. so dont get it i want to get it to becouse of the meaning ''i bow to no man'' but cant to dangerous, and they will find you no matter where you are so dont ! :D
