Yes, but the drug manufactures will ensure that the drugs will only work on US citizens. People from other countries can take it, but it won't work. Interestingly enough, people from other countries can even come over to the United States and take it, but it won't work. The drug will sense that they are not a US citizen. Amazing! Isn't it?
